I was thrilled with the hotel's prime location at the heart of Austin Downtown. The decor was attractive, and the free parking was a definite plus. However, the lighting could use a bit of improvement, and compared to their other locations, this one didn't feel as nice. Even so, the convenience to the concert location made it a reasonable choice.

My King suite was spacious and well-equipped with an ottoman and large flat screen TV, perfect for relaxing after a long day. I appreciated the extended check-in hours until 11pm.

The service here was over the top—staff were professional, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. From the front desk to the room cleaners, everyone was exceptionally kind and helpful.

The hotel rooms were good-sized and had a king-sized bed, a funky sofa with an ottoman, large flat-screen TV, writing desk, good-sized closet, iron, ironing board, and a cabinet with fridge and coffeemaker. However, the check-in process was a bit delayed, taking 1.5 hours. The location was isolated with limited nearby attractions due to its proximity to the highway.
